Title : Superplasticizer for the concrete retarder

‌Description : S.P.R is a liquid which canses retardation in concrete , so that it leads to super plasiticiziy effect in concrete and reduces concrete water . -S.P.R can reduce concrete water wpto 35% and delay setting time between 60-200 minutes . When used to reduce the concrete water , s.p.R can make concrete impermeable and rein forcement resistive against environmental corrosinn. When used as the supre plasticizer , S.P.R makes the surface finish casier . The mechanism of the S.P.R is similar to that of superplasticizer and based on electrical charge and temporary film formation on the cement particles.so ,it is suitable for micro cilica and even non –micro cilica concretes. S.P.R can provide a current , retarde concrete with minimum cement water . Table : Adapted from Canada –based international research center : S.P.R can increase slump degree wpto 35% (table 1) -Dosage :Dependent wpon the currency and application ,water , cement quality ,admixture,cement type and the related retardation , you can datarminte its dosage brtween 310% - 2% Under ideal conditions , you can follow the following recommendations : -310%- 610% in cold and mild weather -6% - 1/2% in mild and warm weather -1/5% -2% in lab The dosage above 2% is not recommended Based wpon the results of Canada – based international research center regarding effective S.P.R materials , 1/2% of S.P.R with 120-minute retardation is appropriate . so the C495- ASTM specifications are met in this may . -The conventional mixing method : Add S.P.R to concrete water while making concrete .
